Пояснення

При отруєнні свинцем розвивається анемія з гіпохромією, але з підвищеним рівнем сироваткового заліза - залізорефрактерна (сидеробластна) анемія: свинець порушує синтез гему та використання заліза в еритроцитах. При залізодефіцитній анемії сироваткове залізо знижене.
